Our new Member Intake Services include:
1. 3D HEALTH REVIEW
The 3D Health Review uses infrared technology to map your body shape, composition, posture and health. You can also set personalised fitness goals and track changes in your body shape.
2. FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREEN
Here at Fit to Last, we perform the Functional Movement Screen before members begin their fitness programme. This helps us to see how you move in different movement patterns. This process then helps us to determine potential injury risks and any muscular imbalances we can improve through strength and mobility training.
3. WEIGHT TRAINING WORKSHOP
A session teaching the fundamentals of resistance training to help you train with weights correctly and reach your goals faster. The Weight Training Workshop helps you workout with weights with confidence. With an expert coach by your side, you’ll learn how to train with weights with good form. The Weight Training Workshop is also available for non-members to attend to gain knowledge and confidence working out with weight sin the weights section of their gym.
