PERSONAL TRAINING IN OUR PRIVATE STUDIO IN CLAPHAM
We offer personal training on a 1:1 and 2:1 format. This way you can attend your personal training sessions independently or together with your partner/friend/colleague.
We typically suit those who aren’t a fan of regular gyms, looking for a relaxed, friendly environment. At our private studio there’s no need to worry about trying to avoid crowds or peak times. You can feel at ease knowing you’re not working out in front of an audience. All equipment is available for you and your coach to use as and when needed.
Unlike working with a Personal Trainer on Clapham Common or other outdoor areas, training in the studio means you can remain care-free about the weather. We understand it can be challenging enough motivating yourself to workout without bad weather presenting yet another obstacle. This is why we provide you with a comfortable space to work out come rain or shine.
We work on an appointment only basis and limit the number of members in our studio at one time. Very often you will find it’s just you and your coach. Unless you’re training in a small group in which we have a maximum of 4 participants per group.

Here at Fit to Last, our framework gives you more support than you usually receive attending classes or workouts on your own. We’ll have a clear focus on your goals, plan a timeline and complete the Fit to Last framework, a proven personal training programme, to get you there.
Your progress will be tracked on a regular basis. Using the Styku 3D Health Review we’ll map your starting point. With the help of this technology we’ll also help you to set realistic fitness goals and track your progress on a regular basis.
A FITNESS PARTNERSHIP TO STAY ON TRACK
There are 168 hours in a week and we’re not here just to provide you with guidance for 2-3. We’re here to support you outside of your workouts in the studio too (with thanks to technology). Our integrated approach keeps you motivated, focused and excited as you make progress.
Our relationship is based on mutual accountability. Knowing you’re in a fitness partnership is a great way to stay on track.
WEIGHT TRAINING WORKSHOP
Before you begin your fitness programme with us, you’ll complete our Weight Training Workshop. A session teaching the fundamentals of resistance training to help you train with confidence and reach your goals faster.
NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE COACHING TO HELP YOU GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT FROM YOUR WORKOUTS
Your Personal Training programme with Fit to Last will include 1:1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching.
No matter how often or how hard you workout, if your eating habits are not aligned with your goals, you will not succeed. If you consider yourself to be eating healthily yet despite this are not currently seeing the results you want, it may be time to re-evaluate your eating habits.
If you think nutrition doesn’t matter, we’ve worked with several hundred clients over 12+ years and in our experience – trust us, it does! Dialling in your nutrition is the gateway to every result you’ve ever wanted.
