At the Fit to Last Weight Training Workshop, you’ll get 60 minutes of in-person coaching as you complete a weights workout designed for your fitness goals. With an expert coach by your side, you’ll feel confident that you’re getting your weight training right, and performing exercises correctly and with good form, whilst also gaining the knowledge on how to progress your weight training.

After the 60-minute workshop, you’ll leave with a weight training workout you can immediately use, knowing you’ll be doing it right. You’ll finally feel confident about entering the weights section of your gym and using it with purpose.

You’ll also get a bonus 3D Body Analysis 3D Body Analysis to identify your health risks, assess your posture, map your starting point and help you set relevant and realistic fitness goals.

The 3D Body Analysis takes 30 seconds to complete:

  1. Step onto the platform.
  2. Stand still whilst the platform rotates for a few seconds.
  3. Once scanning is complete, step off the platform to review your results with our fitness professional.

Our fitness professional will review your results together with you. The results of your review are also emailed to you and include:

  • Your body composition statistics
