I’M REALLY BUSY, HOW MUCH OF MY TIME WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
Our members workout with us 2-3 times per week for 50 minutes each time.
Whichever programme you choose, for optimum results, you’ll also need to be willing to invest a few minutes each day on your nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
WHEN AND WHERE WILL I BE ABLE TO WORKOUT?
Our private studios are located in Clapham North Art Centre. (5 mins walk from Clapham Common, Clapham North and Clapham High Street station. We also have free parking available at the studio).
Our opening hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-9:00pm & Saturday 7:00am-1:00pm.
We have up to 15 time slots open to you per day.
Can’t make it to the studio? We also offer interactive virtual coached workouts via Zoom.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A LEVEL OF FITNESS TO GET STARTED?
Not at all. The whole point of you doing this is to improve your fitness, right? We all have to start somewhere.
If your preference is for Small Group Personal Training, you may find yourself working out with members who’ve been on our programme for two years to members who like you, are just getting started. You’ll find our members supportive and encouraging as they’re in exactly the same position as you. One where they want to improve.
We do need you to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire before you start a programme with us. This is to help identify any health restrictions.
WHAT TYPE OF SUPPORT WILL I GET?
There are 168 hours in a week. Your body transformation will certainly not happen solely during the 2-3 hours you spend working out! This is why our expert fitness coach will support you on a day-to-day basis outside of the studio too.
You’ll receive personalised feedback and action steps on your nutrition and lifestyle habits. You’ll have a direct line of communication with your coach via the Fit to Last app. The app will contain the resources for your programme including meal planning, your food diary, results tracking, workouts to complete independently, personalised feedback from your coach and much more!
Your progress will be tracked on a monthly basis with a 3D Body Scan & Health Review.

HOW MUCH WILL I NEED TO INVEST IN MYSELF?
Our programmes range from £159 to £730 per month. The investment to be made in yourself will depend upon your fitness goals, motivation and budget.
Payment for your monthly subscription is processed automatically each month using a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
WHAT KIND OF COMMITMENT WILL BE EXPECTED OF ME?
Members typically continue with their programme on an ongoing basis. After all, if you’ve struggled to make progress on your fitness and find a programme that works – why stop? However, we like to leave this decision for you to make for yourself.
We’d like you to participate in this programme because you want to. Not because you’re locked into a long-term agreement. Therefore, we work on a 28-day rolling arrangement. You can pause or stop your programme whenever you like (with a minimum of 28 days’ notice).
