The Fit to Last studio brought to your home

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we established our Virtual Personal Training service. During this time, our members were pleasantly surprised at how effective virtual training is. They also loved the convenience. The format is exactly the same as our in-studio programme. The only difference being, our personal trainers meet with you at home, virtually. Instead of in the studio. Our dedicated Virtual Personal Training Room at our facility is professionally equipped to deliver a quality live streaming experience.

As members have requested a hybrid option of training virtually and in studio, this service will be continued. If you find it really difficult to fit workouts into your schedule, virtual training is a great option. You get to benefit from the support, guidance and accountability of our personal trainers, whilst saving travel time to and from a gym.

How will you benefit from our virtual personal training programme?

Your coached workouts will help you work harder and more efficiently than you can on your own. Injured? No problem, your workouts will be customised to address any current injuries and enable you to workout safely. With a structured plan, including personalised exercise and habit-based nutrition coaching, you’ll get results faster and keep them.

Hereat Fit to Last, our framework gives you more support than you usually receive attending classes or completing workouts on your own. We’ll have a clear focus on your goals, plan a timeline and complete the Fi too Last framework. A proven personal training programme to get you there.

A fitness partnership to stay on track

Here at Fit to Last, our framework gives you more support than you usually receive, completing streamed workouts on your own. When you engage Fit to Last, you engage a team to support you. We provide you with a structured and tailored nutrition and lifestyle framework. This is in addition to your coached workout sessions.

There are 168 hours in a week and we’re not here just to provide you with guidance for 2-3. Nope, big brother’s not watching you! We’re here to support you outside of your work outs too. Our integrated approach keeps you motivated, focused and excited as you make progress.

Our relationship is based on mutual accountability. Knowing you’re in a fitness partnership is a great way to stay on track.

Your Virtual Personal Training programme with Fit to Last will include 1:1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching.

No matter how often or how hard you workout, if your eating habits are not aligned with your goals, you will not succeed. If you consider yourself to be eating healthily yet despite this are not currently seeing the results you want, it may be time to re-evaluate your eating habits.

If you think nutrition doesn’t matter, we’ve worked with several hundred clients over 12+ years and in our experience – trust us, it does! Dialling in your nutrition is the gateway to every result you’ve ever wanted.
