By working with our expert nutrition coach in Clapham, you can develop nutrition and lifestyle habits that will help you achieve your goals faster and maintain them too.

You’ll learn what, when, and how much to eat. All without weighing out your portions and counting calories. Our methods are designed to help you adjust your eating habits incrementally, through weekly action points for sustainable results and long term change.

At the Fit to Last Weight Training Workshop, you’ll complete a weights workout designed for your fitness goals with an expert coach by your side. This workshop is designed to improve your confidence when using the weights section of a gym. You’ll learn how to perform exercises correctly and with good form, whilst also gaining the knowledge on how to progress your weight training.
