Our small group personal training programme offers you more support than you usually receive attending fitness classes or workouts on your own. We’ll have a clear focus on your goals and plan a timeline for you to get you there.
There are 168 hours in a week and we’re here not just to provide you with guidance for 2-3. We’re here to support you outside of your workouts in the studio too (with thanks to technology). Our integrated approach keeps you motivated, focused and excited as you make progress.
Your progress will be tracked on a regular basis. Using the Styku 3D Health Review we’ll map your starting point. With the help of this technology we’ll also help you to set realistic fitness goals and track your progress on a regular basis.
Our relationship is based on mutual accountability. Knowing you’re in a fitness partnership is a great way to stay on track.
GROUP TRAINING IN OUR PRIVATE STUDIO IN CLAPHAM
We typically suit those who aren’t a fan of regular gyms, looking for a relaxed, friendly environment. At our private studio there’s no need to worry about trying to avoid crowds or peak times. You can feel at ease knowing you’re not working out in front of a large audience. All equipment is available for you to use as and when needed.
We operate an appointment-only basis and keep the number of visitors at one time low. Our small groups each have a maximum of four participants.
You’ll get the personal attention of our professional fitness coaches at a fraction of the cost of personal training on a one-to-one basis. Whilst enjoying a non-intimidating and supportive environment, where you’re not just a number.
WEIGHT TRAINING WORKSHOP
Before you begin your fitness programme with us, you’ll complete our Weight Training Workshop. A session teaching the fundamentals of resistance training to help you train with confidence and reach your goals faster.
NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE COACHING TO HELP YOU GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT FROM YOUR WORKOUTS
When you engage Fit to Last, you engage a team to support you. We provide you with a structured and tailored nutrition and lifestyle framework. This is in addition to your coached workout sessions.
No matter how often or how hard you workout, if your eating habits are not aligned with your goals, you will not succeed. If you consider yourself to be eating healthily yet despite this are not currently seeing the results you want, it may be time to re-evaluate your eating habits.
If you think nutrition doesn’t matter, we’ve worked with several hundred clients over 12+ years and in our experience – trust us, it does! Dialling in your nutrition is the gateway to every result you’ve ever wanted.
NO NEED TO BOOK IN YOUR WORKOUTS
Fitting in workouts on a regular basis can be difficult enough, without the added complication of scrambling to book your place in classes.
When you enrol on our small group personal training programme, you have your spot booked. Period. And it’s always available for you. No need for you to be booking in your workouts on a day-to-day/week-to-week basis.
