7 fantastic reads for great fitness results

Tools of Titans by Tim Ferriss – imagine getting the private notes of your favourite heroes in the world of sports, investment, fitness, etc. Tim Ferriss teases out the habits and routines of world-class performers – a great read and very entertaining.
Deskbound by Dr. Kelly Starrett – fantastic read that not only outlines the perils of sitting and sedentary living, but practical solutions to get you literally back on your feet.
Neuromass by Jon Bruney – an excellent system of exercises that use tap into your nervous system to maximise your training. Original exercises and very challenging.
Beyond Training by Ben Greenfield – while this book is geared toward endurance athletes (specifically triathletes), this book is loaded with great tips and tricks to maximise your training, whatever your discipline.
Movement by Gray Cook – excellent and thorough explanation about the importance of prioritising movement first to improve performance.
Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink – This was a really motivational read with one central premise: you succeed at what you truly own.
The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg – we are what we repeat, and Charles Duhigg demonstrates why habits are our friends, and what we can do to improve them.
