Five years ago, we were looking for a place to establish a permanent base for Fit to Last. We’d already been coaching clients at various locations across London at that point, and it was time to take the leap. After chatting with another client at Clapham North Arts Centre, we decided that this was the place for us. And here we are! Still going strong, bringing health and happiness to our clients every day, transforming bodies and lifestyles for the better.

We were lucky enough to find our perfect space, and have since expanded over two floors to accommodate an assessment room for our 3D body scanner, changing rooms and a spacious workout studio. It’s been great for us to be able to grow our business here. Needspace?, who provide office space to rent in Clapham at the Clapham North Arts Centre, have made it so easy for us every step of the way.
