Metatone Tonic. A little helper
When we get busier, we are deprived of rest, and we get run down.
It’s always the best way forward to make sure that get your rest, eat properly and regularly. But in the event that you are starting to feel run down, Metatone Tonic is an option to assist you in turning the corner.
I’m not sponsored to recommend this, but I do use it and find it very helpful for when you are on the verge of becoming ill due to lack of rest. Take 2 teaspoons (with food) at night and again in the morning, and if you start concentrating on getting your rest at the same time the tonic should help you stave off feeling poorly.
I recommend this to clients who are feeling poorly due to their busy schedules, and hopefully if you are starting to feel under the weather it will help you. For a full report on the product, including contraindications and potential side effects (of which there are very few by the way).
